• A free paper outlining UK hauliers' need for an improved roads

Fighting pollution
• Proposals to tackle increasing air pollution are laid out in a report from the Liberal Democrats.
Issues covered in the report include emission control measures, increases in fuel efficiency, road traffic reduction targets arid plans to reduce transport needs.
