Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• A two-year £2m development programme for its 75-acre site at Irvine, announced by the Ailsa Trucks Group, is the first phase in a scheme to be completed in July 1977 giving 400 new jobs.

The site includes a 1m sq ft factory complex and initial development will include an office block for the administration departments now at Ailsa's Barrhead plant. Also transferring are the pre-delivery inspection facilities and service exchange department. An experimental engineering department also operates at Irvine. The Irvine site will also be used for "vehicle customization".

The Barrhead site will eventually house Ailsa (Northern) the company's distribution subsidiary and probably the hq of Ailsa Bus Ltd.
