He was formerly the Group's general overseas manufacturing manager and is succeeded in this position by Mr. B. C. Bell. Dr. Ella De Filippis has been appointed general manager of Perkins S.p.A., of Como, the Group's Italian company, succeeding Mr. Leslie Roberts, who has returned to the U.K. to take up a senior post with Perkins at Peterborough.

Mr. C. P. Dallemagne has taken over as London area manager of Total Oil Products (Great Britain), Ltd., from Mr. John S. Perry. Mr. Perry has taken up the new appointment of Midlands area manager, with headquarters at Coventry.
