A number of the householders in West End Lane is putting forward complaints with regard to the motorbus traffic in that thoroughfare. They claim that there is no need for such travelling faeilities, that the new vehicles take customers away from the local shopping centre, and that house property in the district is rapidly deteriorating on these accounts. Pleas of this kind have, of course, been only too familiar in the past few years, but, as a rule, the vested interests have eventually had to suffer for the public good, The Editor of the " Hampstead Advertiser" suggests that, if the local inhabitants consider the annoyance to be a really serious one; they should combine to boycott the motors.
