Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

X Energy Savergreen

Following a study of 739 transport fleets across Europe. Michelin found that the primary concern of 97% of hauliers was the reliability of their fleet. followed by the need to reduce costs, prompting it to launch the X Energy Savergreen range, a line-up of tougher, more environmentally friendly tyres that cover all truck and trailer axles.

For the front axles the XZ and XF tyres reduce energy loss, and therefore fuel consumption. through a new energy efficient casing and thinner components. Michelin also claims grip has been improved through the use of its InfiniCoil technology — a large steel cord wrapped around the crown that widens the contact patch and limits tyre deformation Michelin's XT trailer axle tyres use the same strengthened casing to protect the sidewalls from scrapes and cuts, while the XD drive axle tyres get a new tread block that reduces wear and rolling resistance. The XD's three dimensional double-wave sloes increase the rigidity of the tread block improving traction by 10% over the Michelin XDA2+ tyre Michelin claims the Savergreen range reduces fuel consumption by 1.7 litres per 100 km over its rivals and estimates a total Saving of 1.000 litres of fuel per year, and around 2.5 tonnes of CO2 per tyre over its irtecycle when regrocved and retreaded.
