Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A MIDDLESBROUGH truck driver who drove on the wrong side of a dual carriageway has failed in his bid to cut his fourmonth prison sentence.

Last June Carlisle Crown Court heard that on 17 March 2003 Neil Green from Redcar had driven onto a dual carriageway section of the A66 at 65mph.

He either fell asleep or lost concentration because he drove straight onto wrong side of the road and braked when faced with an oncoming vehicle.

Green damaged a road sign and continued until the end of the dual carriageway and a lay-by, where he was discovered by police sleeping in the early hours of the morning.

As well as the jail sentence Green was disqualified from driving for two years after being found guilty of dangerous driving.

Sitting at London's Appeal Court, Justice Moses said it was true that no vehicle was damaged or anyone injured, but it needed no imagination to envisage what could have happened.

He said that the sentence was "entirely correct" given the aggravating features of the case.
