THE Freight Transport Association claims to have become the clear market leader for tachograph training. During the past two years, the FTA has trained more than 17,000 managers, supervisors and drivers.
In 1980 the ETA ran 100 management seminars which were attended by 7,000 individuals.
This year the Association has concentrated on drivers and on incompany teach-ins. At 120 driver seminars 6,000 attended and received instruction, while 250 in-company teach-ins have taught a further 4,000 participants.
