YOU WILL doubtless be aware that, on November 2, CB radio became legal and many haulage contractors will be fitting this equipment in their cabs in the future. Many doubtless have already got it fitted.
The purpose of my writing to you is to point out to all persons that unless they make special arrangements with their insurance advisors they could find that any loss or damage to such equipment when fitted to a motor vehicle is not covered.
