The new model, unlike it: predecessor, has a roundec front end instead of a slopin; one. This, it is claimed, give: reduced drag and, coupled witl the externally mounted ram, in creases cube.

Detail design improvement: include a "tab" action door locking gear, which is operabl; from either side of the vehicle and a multi-position grain hatet fitted as standard in the remov able one-piece tail-gate which hinged at the top.

The sides and front wall of th; "bath tub" design incorporat; 305mm radii and are con structed from 4mm thick alu minium. The floor, at 6,35mm, said to be an improved specifica tion to give even better wea characteristics than earlie models.

The trailer is available witlcapacities ranging from 19.9 tc 40.5cum (26 to 53cuyd) and body lengths from 8.5 to 9.7m (from 28ft to 32ft Sin). Body sides range from 1.07 to 1.8m (from 3ft Sin to Sft 11in) high. Trailers are fitted with an Edbro fouror five-stage ram, depending upon capacity, and are available with a variety of options including donkey engine, barn-door-type tail-gate and split tail-gate.

The chassis is constructed ol fabricated steel "I"-beams with pressed steel channel and box section cross-members.
