CR Industrial Products Ltd has made Rod Carter its UK sales manager, in charge of sales for range of industrial oil seals and automotive and fleet products. He will be based at CR's Birmingham headquarters.
Roy Smith, former general manager of York Trailer Rentals, has been made sales director for Reptrail Ltd. Mr Smith has been with TIP Trailer Rental and the Middle East container line, Contship, and so has a fair bit of experience in the industry.
John Spencer has been appointed manager of British Car Auctions' branch at Bond Street, Blackpool. His promotion from assistant manager at the Not tingham branch follows six years work with BCA, whom he joined on leaving school as a management trainee. He takes over from John Willis who has left the company.
Staying in the same line of business, Central Motor Auctions has made Richard Wilson a member of the board as a nonexecutive director.
David Auty has been promoted to general manager of RRF Engineering and RFF Developments, following the resignation of Roger Fendley. Mr Auty has been with RFF for eight years.
