West Pennine Trucks Stuart Wolstenholme took in four tippers last summer as a consequence of a buy-back agreement. They sat there looking at him for several months as the economic gloom deepened.
"Then, all of a sudden, at the beginning of March we sold the lot in two weeks and we're receiving a number of inquiries for tippers now," he says. "I must admit I'd still be nervous about stocking them, but I wouldn't be as worried as I would have been six months ago."
