Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

his drivers and colleagues to beware of immigrants smuggling their way into the UK by slashing into British trucks near the Frejus Tunnel.

Charlie McAughey, based in Bellshill, says one of his drivers nearly had a load of chemicals refused by a UK customer last week after he opened the trailer to find its interior covered in human excrement and the top sheeting of the trailer slashed. McAughey suspects people got inside at a service station at the tunnel.

"We think they were hiding on a canopy at the station and jumped on to our truck from above, slashing the roof to get inside," says McAughey. "Our driver never knew what was going on."

The customer eventually took possession of the load after the trailer was hosed down.

Three weeks ago McAughey says another group of immigrants got into one of his trucks while it was travelling through Italy. The trailer had been soiled but there was no sign of the immigrants.
