Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

SECURING roll pallets during transportation on road and rail vehicles has always been a problem. Now Chester-based Shortfast has come up with a strap assembly system designed to secure the pallet to the vehicle side wall while at the same time allowing access for order picking and loading operations.

Heart of the system is a special clamp, developed by Shortfast, which has two functions. It secures the pallet frame to the vehicle side to stop forward and sideways movement, and at the same time secures the adjacent pallet. This clamping system says Shortfast, allows the front of the pallet to be unobstructed for ease of access to the load and lets individual pallets be removed from the row.

The webbing runs from the clamp to end fittings which it is said can be fitted into any position on the Shortfast track, attached to the vehicle side walls. The system can be installed in any type of box body.
