Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

WHEN, as a virtuous motorist first obeyed official exhortatic to use dipped headlights in lighted streets, I was cursed ty an ambulance driver, who, I assumed, had a vested intere in accidents and probably dre a bonus on them. Now I am tc that the practice can be dangerous. So will someone kindly tell me what I am supposed to do?

As official statistic confirm that accident risks an( rates are much higher during hours of darkness than in daylight, the Government's attitude towards human life seems to be a touch ambiguot It is high time somebody saw l light.
