1%tlEXT week the Appeal Tribunal will I /11 sit for four days at the Guildhall, Exeter. On June 1 the Tribunal will hear the appeal of Whittons Transport, Ltd., to which the Railway Executive will respond. On the following, day the appeal of W. E. Harvey and Son, Ltd., and those of F. R. Grabbam and Son, R. Patten and C. P. Gear are due for hearing.

The three joint appellants on June 3 wilt be F. H. Spencer, Barnstaple and North Devon Haulage Co., Ltd., and Moor and Son (Haulage), Ltd. The case of A. T. Popham will be taken separately. Moor and Son (Haulage), Ltd., will again appear in a group of appeals to be heard on June 4, with Milton Services (Crediton), Ltd., F. 0. Clarke and the Railway Executive.

All the appeals concern decisions of either the Licensing Authority or the Deputy Licensing Authority for the Western Area.
