The vehicles are available with Austrian body conversions: a car transporter conversion costs from £4,000.

Repeated calls by C44 to the telephone number on the advertisement have failed to elicit details of who is behind the venture, or whereabouts in Europe the vehicles are actually sourced from. Both MAN and Mercedes-Benz are looking into the matter.
