Alleged breaches of the hours and tachograph rules and changes in available finance have led to the licence held by East Kilbride haulier Duncan McKechnle being cut from four to two vehicles. McKechnie, who trades as DMM Transport, of Hairmyres, East Kilbride, had been called before the Scottish IC Michael Betts at an Edinburgh disciplinary inquiry.
