• In the space of two years, Foden has increased its presence in Scottish haulier Reid's Transport's fleet from zero 10 15 trucks, representing 45% of the 36-strong line-up. Managing director Robert Laidlaw cites a trouble-free experience with good fuel returns and dependable manufacturer back-up.
The latest additions to the fleet are four Foden Alpha 6x2 mid-lift tractors powered by 420hp Cummins ISM engines.
They have all been specced with the high-roof XL cab to suit Reid's drivers, who travel across the UK hauling bulk tippers and powder tankers.
