• A new range of air and water-cooled MIG welding torches for dip, pulse or spraytransfer up to 600A using hard, soft or cored wires up to 3.2mrn diameter is now available from Murex Welding Products.
There are 10 new MX torches each with a choice of 3m, 4m or 4.5m lead lengths. They have curvilinear handles and necks for optimum balance and control.
Air-cooled torches up to 400A feature an easily adjustable head position. The torch neck is set by inserting an alien key through the torch trigger. Water cooled torches have fully enclosed heads with no seals. A central Euro-adaptor, common to the MX torch range, allows single-action fitting.
The new Murex MIG boom is suitable for use with 4.5m air or water cooled MIG torches and is designed to keep the torch cable off the floor.
