Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A NEW garage with 10,000 sq. ft. of I-1. floor, space has 'been opened by Wright and Co. (King's Cross), Ltd., a big London haulage concern, at 147-155, Caledonian Road, N.1. About 40 vehicles are now garaged at this depot, which has become the company's chief address. Garage anctoffiee accommodation at New Wharf Road, Ni, continue to be.t_ised, 'and the company now has ail its 'vehicles under its own roofs.

The building has a 9.-ft. frontage and lies back 20 ft. from the road. Four Avery-Hardoll petrol .pumps have been installed outside and a day-and-night sales service is maintained for the public. One pump is reserved for the company's own use. Two Porter-Rax folding sliding doors, each 20 ft. wide and 14 ft. high; have been installed at each end of the frontage; so that there is a separate entrance and exit.

The interior is lit by fluorescent lamps arranged in sets running across the building, each set having its own, wall switch. Should a power failure make the use of the fluorescent units impossible, high-wattage filament lamps can be employed. If the fluorescent lights fail because of a blown fuse, this defect can be detected by turning on the filament lamps.

A Tecalemit 3i-ton hoist has been installed and there is gear for lifting engines and other components Up to a repair shop on the first floor. The offices are also on this floor together with modern and comfortable living accommodation for a resident manager and his family.

Provision has been made elsewhere in the garage for tyre storage and for stocking spares. .At the rear of the depot is. a vacant site suitable for a possible future extension.

Wright and Co. (King's Cross), Ltd., is a family concern and was founded by Mr. E. A. Wright, who is still in active control, in 1921. About 80 vans ranging between 5-cwt. and 5-ton capacity are engaged on contract hire during the day and night for many users in the London area.
