Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Thread-cutting Appliance WE have reviewed a number of interesting pieces of equipment produced by W. H. Marley. and Co., Ltd.,

New Southgate Works, 105, High Road, London, N.11, and now comes the Marlco internal threading toolpost by the same company.

This particular fitment is designed to enable the somewhat tricky operation of cutting accurate internal threads to be performed by any operative of average intelligence:. All threads from 8 t.p.i. and of any diameter can be cut on any size of lathe which can be set to give the t.p.i. without fear of tool breakage.

The toolholder is highly sensitive, and can be _easily reset after release by light thumb pressure on the resetting lever. A conveniently placed " witness ' scale, with disengagement line, permits the progress of withdrawal to be observed.

Full details of the use of the appliance, together with prices, can be obtained on application to the company at the address given.
