The first step is to contact the manager of the local office and register a complaint. If you don't think the complaint has been dealt with properly, you can contact Vosa's customer complaints co-ordinator, who should investigate the problem.

If you still aren't satisfied, you can refer the complaint to Vosa's chief executive, who will try and resolve the matter.
