Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Daf Trucks president Aart van der Padt last week tightened the final bolts needed in the construction of the company's new British headquarters at Thame, Oxfordshire.

The site, which replaces the administrative headquarters, parts centre and training centre at Marlow, Buckinghamshire, opens next month.

It will complement the vehicle import centre at Colchester, opened three years ago.

Van der.Padt commented: "Marlow is gradually beginning to resemble a coat with sleeves that are too short, which is too tight in the shoulders and which has become much too small in othe places."

He said the move to Than is part of an ambitious plan t renew the company's range for the Nineties, including th operation of the joint Cabtec cab project with Enasa, the owner of Seddon Atkinson.

"Over £150 million has be. earmarked for the renewal o products and production facilites, to be completed by 1990," he said.
