Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

BIBBY Distribution has been granted permission to base 10 vehicles and 20 trailers at the Saint Gobain Isover site in Gotham, Nottingham.

However, the following conditions have been attached to the Liverpool-based transport irm’s O-licence: ● No maintenance shall be carried out at the operating centre on authorised vehicles at any time; ● There will be no operation, loading or unloading of authorised vehicles at the site after 2pm on Saturdays and before 1pm on Sundays.; ● There shall only be 10 movements into and out of the facility – 20 movements are allowed in total – between the hours of 8pm and 5am, Monday to Friday.

● Authorised vehicles shall enter and leave the operating centre via Leake Road and the Gotham Bypass, avoiding Hill Road and Gotham village at all times.

Bibby took over the Saint-Gobain work after it purchased TM Logistics for an undisclosed sum in October 2010.

TM had worked with Saint-Gobain Isover since 2006, transporting 24 loads of insulation rolls per day from the Gotham warehouse to customers in the south of England and East Anglia.

The company also provided warehousing support, including managing inbound and outbound stock, loading vehicles and tracking products.
