Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

LAST WEEK CM brought you a warning from the Road Haulage Association that drivers should be wary of parking in laybys following a spate of thefts.

While this very serious warning was mainly confined to certain stretches of the A1 in North Yorkshire, we would never expect it to extend outside the borders of God’s own county.

So with some regret, and even more surprise, we received this picture from friend of the magazine Moses – a South African truck driver our managing editor Will Shiers met on a trip to Zambia.

He saw this truck on the N1 highway running out of Johannesburg, and as you can see, while the driver was asleep some so-and-so nicked his wheels.
