Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Start weight: 239Ibs (list 11Ibs) BMI: 35 Current weight: 225Ibs (16st 11Ib) Target: 217Ibs (15st 7lbs) This week, the 10th of my healthy lifestyle programme, saw a milestone reached with the official weigh-in showing a weight loss of one stone. Despite a week's all-inclusive holiday in a hotel with excellent food and five days on the campsite at Silverstone, surviving on barbecues and circuit food, there has only been a single 2Ib upward blip on the weight-loss graph. I've continued on the simple measure of avoiding obviously unhealthy foods such as fry-ups and sweet snacks. The odd cooked breakfast has crept in, but with more use of the George Foreman grill and less of the frying pan. Even the occasional fried egg has featured, but cooked in literally a

drop of oil.

By far the biggest enemy of my diet has been the lack of routine. If every day follows a set pattern, it's relatively easy to plan sensible meals, but on press trips and road tests, its more difficult. Unfortunately, an unrelated back problem has temporarily stopped my thrice-weekly exercise bike routine, but I still try to walk as far as possible. Overall, I feel much healthier and I'm looking forward to getting rid of the next Sib to achieve my initial target.
