• *The Transport Holding Company's annual report for the year ended October 31 1971 says that "since all interests have now been sold" the way is open for the final dissolution of the THC. The final report next October, or such other date as may be agreed, will be limited to a statement of the final accounts. The current report is the ninth (its third since, as a result of the Transport Act 1968, it became concerned almost wholly with travel activities).
