Edward Pepperall, repre senting the Official Receiver, told the court that Aston had failed to keep proper accounts and had continued to trade at the risk of creditors, principally with regard to the Crown. "Aston also misused company funds by causing £14,288 to be paid into a bank account in reduction of a personal liability," said Pepperall.
