Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Newly-re-elected miners' leader Arthur Scargill has slammed his defeated rival for the NUM presidency, John Walsh, for using a "strike-breaking" company, TNT, to distribute his campaign leaflets.

Scargill, re-elected as president this week, said it was "astonishing and deplorable" that Walsh should hire TNT, the carrier employed by Rupert Murdoch to carry News International newspapers during the Wapping conflict.

He was speaking at Aberdare, South Wales, days before last Friday's pit-head ballot.
