Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

My thanks must be due to National Travel (South West) for telling me about its new leaflet in Gaelic, giving information for private party organizers visiting the UK from Ireland.

Apparently, in Gaelic, National Travel becomes -Taisteal Naisiunta, but I suspect that switching from English to Welsh to Irish must have become just a little confusing for my friends in Cheltenham, for they proudly announce that the new leaflet is bi-lingual in Englsih /Gaelic. The "Englsih" language isn't what it used to be!
