Meadowbank Engineering has been appointed the Foden distributor for North Humberside and part of South Yorkshire.
It will take over from North Riding Garages, who had moved their own operation further north. Meadowbanks will operate a sales facility, as well as service area and spares office.
Previously, Meadowbank was involved in the servicing and overhaul of vehicles for Slag Reduction Holdings Ltd.
