AT their meeting last week, Glasgow Corporation unanimously approved the introduction of a Id. fare for oldage pensioners on the city's transport services. Operative from this week, the scheme will be reviewed after six months.
Hull Parliamentary Committee are to ask local Members of Parliament to support the principle of the Bill to legalize concession fares introduced into Parliament by Capt. E. W. Short.
