Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• After six months of operator trials in the UK and further afield, Continental's HSR1 regional steer axle tyre is now on general sale. Significant because of Continental's claims that the HSR1 will become the new benchmark for steer tyres, it comes with the promise of increased life (by up to 40% compared with its predecessor) and significantly reduced noise levels. Much effort has been put into optimising the pressure of the tyre's contact area under various operating conditions. One of tile UK operator trials, an accelerated programme carried out by the London Fire Brigade in conjunction with its PR vehicle supplier, TLC, has also revealed a noticeable improvement in its wet weather grip.
