David Cannon of Camberley, Surrey had "clearly been drinking" and had not been wearing a seat belt when he was involved in the accident, a High Court judge has ruled. But TNT says it will not press Cannon for payment. Counsel Christopher Purchas QC said his client felt "the greatest sympathy for Mr Cannon for the tragic injuries he suffered"
