TEACHING TACHOS • If you, your drivers or your transport managers have problems understanding tachograph and drivers' hours rules, a new course from BRS Midlands might help. The idea is to explain to operators and their staff how to analyse a tacho disc and identify average speed, distance covered, other duties and rest periods.
