Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

have won the 1991 Scania Transport Trust Award for their splendid Museum of Fire in Edinburgh. The two runners up are the Amberley Chalk Pits Museum, Sussex and Welshman Owen Wyn Owen who was commended for his restoration of Babs, the car which won the 1926 world land speed record, but was buried in sand for 42 years following a tragic accident.

Similarly forgotten was another finalist, the 1919 J Type Thornycroft lorry, which spent 50 years as a farmyard shed until Dorset-farmer Stephen Pettifer restored it in 1980.

The fascinating stories of all 10 finalist are featured on a video, narrated by TV personality Michael Rodd.
