• Customs and Excise is cracking down on hauliers who use red diesel by investing in a fleet of mobile laboratories.
The vehicles, speciallyconverted Citroen C25Ds, replace Leyland Daf Sherpas. They contain a lab at the rear, and have been adapted by Rapier Coachbuilding of Doncaster for Edstrom in Sweden.
