THE applications by Crosville Motor Services Ltd. to introduce extended tours from Chester with connecting feeder services, have been refused by the North Western Traffic Commissioners. Applications by Salopia Saloon Coaches Ltd and Webster Brothers (Wigan) Ltd for new feeder services from certain points in North Wales to link up with their tours, have been granted. The Salopia tours originate from Whitchurch and those of Webster Brothers from Wigan. This series of cases has been continuing for some time and the most recent report appeared in The Commercial Motor on February 7.
