QTAGGERING of times for service and delivery to premises,, as well as of office hours, and separating of essential from optional traffic are two of the several studies recommended as immediate aims of the L.C.C. town planning and roads committees' report to the London County Council on Tuesday. This is a preliminary report to the council on Prof. Buchanan's "Traffic in Towns". To follow up conclusions of the London traffic survey which is to be available later this year, the roads committee is proposing preparation of a transportation plan as recommended by Buchanan. The committees' immediate aims include the setting up of a comprehensive
