MR. C. H. GALE, F.C.I.S., is shortly to resign his position as general secretary of Associated Road Operators, which he has held for the past two years.

MR. W. G. WyArr has resigned his position with Palmerston Commercial Motors, Ltd. (Bettabilt Auto Services), Kingston-on-Thames, and joined the sales department of Snowdon, Sons and Co., Ltd., Millwall, London, E.14, the well-known maker of lubricating oils.

Ma. L. P. LORD, managing director of the Morris group of motor companies, resigned on Monday last. He has for some years been associated with Lord Nuffield, and in 1933 became managing, director of Morris Motors, Ltd. It was in June last year, when the company's activities were widened by the acquisition of the Wolseley and M.G. concerns, that he became managing director of the group. MR. OLIVER BODEN becomes the new managing director of the Morris group, at the same time retaining his position as managing director of Morris-Commercial Cars, Ltd.
