Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

the Star Cargo Group, has introduced a new low-cost combined road/ rail freight service for UK exporters/importers to and from Austria.

Sealane's operation uses new purpose-built equipment, known as `tiltainers' which are containers with a tilt structure. These can be carried on the road by use of a skeletal trailer and lifted on to the rail wagon with a crane at the rail head.

The service provides road pick-up from exporters throughout the UK, transferring through Zeebrugge, using ferries from Dover, Dartford, Hull and Felixstowe, then direct rail link to Weis, near Linz in Austria (the commercial centre) where Sealane is represented by Transdanubia.
