Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• NCS's largest tyre handler can cope comfortably with Caterpillar 789 dump truck 3600 x 57 tyres and, says the company, may be the largest in the world. They are used by earthmoving contractor A F Budge of Retford and tyre distributor OTR Tyres of Somercoates, Derby, which has just acquired its third.

The handler is equipped with an NCS Powerlift PR/23/0S crane and adapted main NCS Powerboom.

NCS says its tilting ram easily handles the 4.8-tonne wheel/tyre load in operation in our picture, and smoothly locates the wheel to hub without difficulty or damage. It is supplied with supplementary stabilisers and hydraulic power compressor. Its controls are positioned to afford high visibility and precision control. The equipment can be fitted to most vehicles in the 24tonne 6x 4 or 6x 6 categories.
