Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Harvey Plant has launched what it believes is the UK's first 24hr, seven-day-a-week national forklift breakdown service.

Those requiring an engineer simply dial 100 and ask for freephone Harvey. Callers are given an estimated time of arrival, and are guaranteed an engineer on site within four hours of their call.

The hire company's 200 engineers operate from 19 depots. To ensure fast response times, all Harvey's service vans are fitted with two-way radio and a comprehensive range of parts and equipment. High quality micro-film readers are also fitted, providing the parts list for each type of truck an engineer is likely to encounter.

Each service van also features a welding generator: the unit provides four main functions: a DC arc welding capability; a power supply regulated at 110 or 240 volts, with up to 2.5kVA continuous rating, for power hand tools, lights and other electrical equipment; and a battery boost charger.
