Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A robustly constructed tyre cage which offers the added safety features of flanged top and bottom plates and a built-in inflation hose has been introduced by Grantham Rubber Machinery. The flanged plates provide extra support for the welded-in side members which are made of 2in. by 1in. rectangular steel tube. A built-in inflation hose is connected to the valve on the tyre, the inflator itself being applied to a dummy valve at one end of the cage so that the m inflating the tyre is to one end it, not at its side, th minimizing the danger of inju should the locking ring fly off. Made by: Grantham Rubb Machinery Co Ltd, PO Box 2 Gonerby Hill Foot, Grantha Lincolnshire.
