Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

I An all-aluminium dropsider for chassis n the Ford Transit, Bedford CF category las been added to the range of tipping )odies produced by Neville Industries Mansfield) Ltd. It shares many of the eatures first seen in the recently introduced 4i Ukraine fixed-side tipper design.

The Ultralite's characteristic torsionally igid floor runners are used; on the new ropsider they taper in width from 7in. at oor level to 3in, at the chassis bearers. The ide raves are formed from the main 12 swg oor panel, by two simple folds — down nd under. Each dropside is formed frnilarly. from one piece of material — gain in 12 swg alloy — to withstand the gours of carrying bricks or other non-bulk loads. The bottom flange, which abuts on to the side of the rave, can be fitted with a rubber sealing strip if required.

Each dropside is 15in high and is hung — like the similarly constructed tailboard — on three bottom hinges. The 3in. by 3in. triangular-section rear corner posts can be fixed or removable, the latter configuration allowing the body to be converted rapidly to a flat-platform.

For long-wheelbase Transits and CFs, body length and width are 7ft 9in, and 6ft 4.5in (internal). Unladen weight of a petrol-engined 35cwt Bedford CF equipped with the new Ni dropside body — including passenger seat and spare wheel — is 29-fcwt.
