Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

SINCE CMV SITED him a few years ago, the boss of The Driver Shop in Horsham, West Sussex has dIversfied into engineering recru tment, Stephen Patchett now also operates The Right Response, which supplies engineers to flIght smulation companies. among other organisations; Keith Laker has been taken on as a consultant.

The Driver Shop continues to provide road transport compan les with dnvers. There are 30 staff on the books, most of whom are LGV drivers, although van dryers are also available for hire. Patchett chiefly supplies temporary personnel, although one or two drivers have been placed on a permanent basis.

The Driver Shop used to be run from Patchett's house. Now, The Driver Shop and The Right Response are run from offices in Horsham. Patchett says that, industry-wide, drivers are still paid poorly; many agencies cannot raise drivers wages because customers are unwilling to pay higher rates. But the demand for Patchett's services is healthy, and he is locking into setting up a second Driver Shop branch.
