Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

straight over who really pressed to get the changes in the rules allowing Standard National Operators to haul unaccompanied trailers to and from British ports, as part of an international journey.

Christopher Jackson MEP campaigned for 17 months to change these rules for UK operators, following my bringing this anomaly to his attention. This was despite opposition from the RHA to his proposals, as reported in a last year's issue of CM.
