Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

the contra-flow up near Forton on the M6. 1 would just like to thank the driver of a Ferrymasters artic, who the other Friday morning during 'lunatic hour' pulled up behind me to give some protection for the occupants of a broken down car, and myself. It was a bit more comforting to know there was 40-odd feet of truck between me and a pile-up. I hope the driver won't get into trouble because of this.

Next time you approach a wrecker attempting to pull away, please slow down and give some space. It's for your convenience that we're there in the first place. Unfortunately, we're not allowed blue flashing beacons
