A REPORT which has been presented to Bedfordshire County Council reveals that half of the county's population is entirely dependent on public transport. The report, produced by a firm of consultants, is to be discussed by United Counties, British Rail and other interested parties.
The report will be presented to the council's environment service committee next month.
