Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

NATIONAL CARRIERS Ltd is to offer the CM Lorry Driver of the Year organizing committee three Prizes to be awarded annually to the champion, the runner-up and the man placed third. The awards were made on an unofficial basis at the last minute this year and NCL is now hoping that they can become a permanent feature.

The first prize is a week's holiday with all expenses paid for two in Spain. The runnerup will receive a weekend's holiday at any Trust House Forte hotel in the UK, and the third place man is to receive a dinner for two at any Trust House Forte Hotel or restaurant in the UK.

Mr Dick Teager, NCL's md, said that he believed that the high standards set in the competition should be encouraged, and that the best way to do this was to make public recognition of the driving excellence. "We considered all types of awards including cash, but decided on something which could be enjoyed at leisure."
